When the booking is received at the park a deposit of 1 night accommodation will be deducted from your credit card to confirm your reservation.
Deposit receipt and confirmation of your booking will then be emailed to you directly from the park.
Prices are for 1 or 2 people in the main bed only. Person in an extra bed is an extra cost. – $20 per adult per night and $15 per child per night.
Office hours are 9am to 6pm. If you are arriving outside these hours please make PRIOR arrangements.
Check-in time is anytime after 2pm unless prior arrangements are made, early check-ins are usually possible.
Check-out time is 10am. Late check out MAY be available for a fee and will only be authorised at check-in.
All bedding and towels are supplied for all booked beds.
Infants requiring their own bed need to be booked and will be charged as a child.
Maximum 6 people per site or cabin i.e. 1 to 4 adult + children. Maximum 4 adults per cabin or site only. Extra adults in extra bed $20 per adult per night. Extra child in extra bed $15 per child per night. All reservations must have at least 1 parent or legal guardian over the age of 18 present at all times.
Pets are allowed on site bookings and in 2 specially designated “Pet Friendly Cabins” only and must be declared at time of booking.

Any bookings that do not conform to the above maybe refused check-in and deposit forfeited.
Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions
As of 1st January 2021 our cancellation policy and terms and conditions include cancellations due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Easter cancellations prior to 31st January are refunded less $50 admin fee, NO refunds after 31st January.
Long Weekends & Special Events cancellation 14 days prior to arrival date are refunded less $30 admin fee, less than 14 days notice is no refund.
All other times cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival date are refunded less $30 admin fee, less than 48 hours notice no refund.
If the deposit is being reused from a “Client Account” for cancelled booking it is still subject to the conditions of the cancelled booking.
“No Show” – if guest/s fail to check-in or phone the total amount for all nights booked will automatically be charged to the credit card listed with this booking.
BEHAVIOUR – Offensive, illegal, drunken or disorderly behaviour is not tolerated in this park and offenders will be immediately evicted. This includes the use of foul language.
NO WARNINGS WILL BE GIVEN. No noise between 10PM TO 8AM. Respect your neighbours.
Any excess cleaning, odour removal or damage to cabin or park will be charged up to $300.00 to the credit card used to made the deposit. You may list a different credit card on arrival if you wish.
